Vitafusion Sleepwell Review – Natural Sleeping Aid Actually Works?
My health hasn’t been great recently for whatever reason. I have been exercising, eating healthy, meditating, not drinking caffeine before bed, going for walks but still I have been battling illness and having trouble getting good quality sleep.
I decided to do some research and started learning about melatonin, I looked around for the best natural solution and came across Vitafusion’s Sleepwell product on Amazon. I have used it for the last 2 nights in a row and will now share my experience with you below.
Night 1
I push down on the lid container and get passed the child safety lock. The gummies have quite a strong fresh orange smell, my taste buds begin to tingle and I suddenly realize why they have put child lock on these cute little things.
I put two put two soft gummies into my mouth and lay down in my bed with my eyes open, I start to chew and don’t stop until there is nothing else left in my mouth to chew. Then I swallow.
I feel the stress in my brain from the previous hours of the long day and it doesn’t feel like one of those nights where I am going to get a good nights sleep but then it happens.
In the next 20 minutes I gradually begin to feel more drowsy and there are no crazy thoughts racing through my brain keeping me awake. If you have ever had anthesia before an operation then think it like that except it’s a far more watered down experience.
Night 2
Night 2 is fresh on my mind because it was yesterday. I am writing this with quite a lot of energy today, I have been to the doctor to check on why I am feeling ill and am waiting for test results but in the meantime SleepWell is quite literally helping me sleep well at night.
Yesterday it wasn’t quite as strong as the first night but I definitely do feel like it helped me have a deeper sleep and I was again able to fall asleep quite fast. I don’t know why it wasn’t as strong as it was the first time, perhaps you can build up a tolerance? Hopefully soon I can sleep without these sweets but for now they are there to help me whenever I need them.
Who should try this?
I don’t want to sound patronizing or like a health guru hippie but I would seriously recommend meditating and living a healthier more active lifestyle first if you are having trouble falling asleep.
If it’s anxiety driving then that’s something deeper you should work on and Sleepwell will just mask the underlying issue. If you think something very serious is causing your lack of sleep. Go and see a f**king doctor asap. You don’t want to play around with your health.
I travel frequently and Jetlag is something I’ve become very familiar with. I can see myself taking these in some exotic country wide awake at 2am. They are dietary supplements as well so I can’t imagine any issues with customs but as always do your own research and don’t believe everything you read on the internet.
