Mind Lab Pro Review – My Personal Experience 2019
There is no doubt that nootropics have gained in popularity during the past few years. When I first heard about them, I was somewhat skeptical. Today, the product is manufactured in an FDA registered facility in New Jersey. The company responsible for manufacturing Mind Lab Pro is Opti-Nutra Limited. The company is very reputable and safe. With that being said, you can rest assured knowing that you’re getting a great product from a trustworthy company.
Shipping
The shipping with Mind Lab Pro is really hit and miss. I don’t like the idea of paying more for shipping and handling. At the same time, the shipping is much slower than what you would get with Amazon. In fact, it is even a little slower than eBay.
The good news is that the Mind Lab Pro offers worldwide shipping. Mind Lab work with multiple shipping companies, including FedEx, USPS, DHL and Royal Mail. There is a good chance that you’ll be able to access their products. The only way to avoid the shipping cost is by buying the 3-month supply. That may sound great, but some people might not be willing to commit just yet and there is no option for a sample pack.
Tracking
Once your item has been shipped, the company should send you a tracking number. Their tracking system lets you watch your package right up until it arrives at your doorstep. It also decreases the likelihood that the package isn’t going to arrive at your address since you have proof.
Payment Options
I was really quite impressed with the number of payment options Mind Lab Pro offer. Unlike some other vendors with Mind Lab Pro you are not limited to just Papal. You can use them of obviously but the also offer or Amazon Pay! It is also possible to pay with a credit card. Either way, you can pretty much guarantee that you’ll find a way to pay for your supply of Mind Lab Pro.
Another thing to note is that the company’s website is secure via Comodo secure, so you can guarantee that your information is going to be protected to the fullest which is not unfortunately not always the case with vendors in this space.
Customer Service
I put a lot of emphasis on customer service. If a company cannot provide me with a good experience, they need to address the problem. The customer service team needs to be able to help if my package goes missing or I pay and I don’t get a confirmation email.
Fortunately over at Mind Lab Pro, the company’s support team is great and you can contact in two ways. The first obvious way is via the companies email and the second, via the form on their website. Both options work extremely well, This may be hard to believe but they actually respond to every inquiry in just 30 minutes.
You cannot contact Mind Lab Pro on the phone or through an online chat. That is a little bit disappointing. Sometimes it’s nice to know that if something goes wrong I can just pick up the phone and talk to a human.
Packaging
There is no doubt that some packages can be frustrating. At the same time, some items are packaged in a poor manner that isn’t going to protect the contents. I found that Mind Lab Pro did a good job in terms of packaging. This makes a big difference. When I saw the packaging, I was confident that the interior contents were safe, sterile and sound. I didn’t have any trouble whatsoever getting the package open. In terms of packaging, it is clear that Mind Lab Pro doesn’t cost cut there.
Product Options
The company’s product is just a one product fits all situation. This isn’t necessarily an issue since the product does indeed work very well but it would be nice to have more options to choose from. You have three options when ordering on Mind Lab PRO, not with flavors or ingredients but with the quantities:
You can buy a 1 month, 2 month or 3 months supply of Mind Lab Pro. Obviously, most people will start with the one month supply to see how they like it. The 1 month package doesn’t come with free shipping so keep that in mind.
I liked the product and would buy it again. I felt more focused and had an increase in attention for around 10 hours with all procrastination seemingly vanished. Mind Lab Pro really encourages everyone to buy at least 3 boxes at once. This is the only way to get free shipping, but some people will not want to take the risk.

Closing Thoughts
All in all, I was fairly impressed with Mind Lab Pro. Their product is great value for money compared to other similar Nootropics. Still, there were a few problems that I ran into along the way. If you’re not a patient individual or need your Nootropics asap, you should look elsewhere. The shipping can be slow and it is somewhat expensive. If you’re not willing to take the gamble on the 3-month supply, you’ll need to pay more for shipping and handling. I also wish that I could contact customer service differently. Why isn’t there a phone number or online chat?
These minor flaws shouldn’t prevent you from experimenting with Mind Lab Pro. Just take them into consideration before moving forward or you might regret it in the long run.
